You can return new, unused, unworn items in their original packaging with their original tags still attached within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
Items that have been worn, laundered or altered in anyway, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If returning an item purchased online, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom orders such as name tags, badges or outer vest carriers are non-refundable.
